Hispanic Heritage Month is a great opportunity to explore on-trend inspirations for your menu. Mexican food has a 50.3% operator penetration across American menus1 and the demand continues to grow with a 32.1% increase in visits to Mexican food chains.2 By honoring this special time with recipes born from the rich heritage of Latin countries, you can entice diners with some delicious ways to celebrate.

TV Personality and cookbook author, Grace Ramirez, makes it easy. This Miami-born, Venezuela-raised, New-York based Chef has a passion for recreating the authentic, bold flavors she grew up with. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, she showed us how to make Adobo de Guajillo Shrimp Tostadas with TRES COCINAS® Guajillo Pepper Paste. To create tostadas, Chef Grace spreads fresh guacamole made with WHOLLY® Hand-Scooped Avocado on a crispy shell, then adds a layer of shrimp made with TRES COCINAS® Authentic Guajillo Pepper Paste and tops it with a chipotle coleslaw made with the TRES COCINAS® Chipotle with Adobo Authentic Pepper Paste.
